To be eligible for a return or a refund, there must be either a defect on the item or it's not the item that you ordered and it has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For a refund due to a defect on our end, we must be notified within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Photos must also be provided indicating the defect. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not allow exchanges for ordering the wrong size and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.*
